About Us

Devon Lettings was started in September 1995, originally as Mid Devon Lettings,  a name that changed as the business grew. Our simple aim was to handle the letting and management of residential property in the Mid Devon area in a fair and honest way. We now deal with over 500 properties with more than 250 under management, and many of yesterdays tenants are now landlords themselves.

The directors Graham J Carter MNAEA and John B Stoyle; and manager Rupert Geering MNAEA, have over 75 years combined experience in the residential property market, and particularly the legal aspects and day-to-day running of residential tenancies.
The company has been built up by reputation, thanks largely to the honest, efficient and courteous approach adopted by all our local staff.

We offer a comprehensive range of services to deal with the day to day running of rented properties, from in depth reference and financial checks to rent guarantee insurances, as well as providing extensive marketing avenues in the local press and on the internet.
