As a landlord you are responsible for providing a safe home for your tenants, free from any major defects such as damp, or leaking roofs. During the tenancy you are also obligated to allow the tenants uninterrupted use of the property. If there are any aspects you are unsure of we are always available to discuss things in more detail, although much of it is common sense.

Our marketing package attracts high quality tenants and includes extensive high profile marketing on many major UK property sites including primelocation and findaproperty. We also advertise regularly in the local press with a weekly slot in the Express and Echo’s homes to let supplement, and a fortnightly advert with the Crediton Country Courier. Other advertising is available by separate negotiation and we work closely with Devon Life and Devon Today magazines to offer our landlords discounted rates. We also run an extensive mailing list by email and distribute full colour particulars from our office.
